With the introduction of the Tenants Deposit Scheme now imminent, all Landlords should regard Inventory costs as a necessity to protect their Investments. Furnished, part-furnished or unfurnished.

Additional Services Include
CHECK-IN
At Occupancy we will go through the Inventory with the tenant, confirming the number of keys handed over, meter readings, validity of Gas & Electric test/inspection documentation and obtain tenant signature in agreement of the inventory.
INTERMEDIATE CHECKS
These can be undertaken either monthly or quarterly as requested by Landlord.
CHECK-OUT
As tenancy notice comes to an end we can contact tenant & attend the property to give a report showing condition details and number of keys returned for comparison with the original inventory. We will also record final meter readings.
