Renovated Properties

We will buy properties in any state if the price is right! Don't worry if there's no central heating, the windows are rotting or the paint's peeling. We will undertake a planned process of renovation using qualified local tradespeople.

This frequently involves re-wire of the electrical installation- to obtain NICEIC certification; Installing/replacing central heating to comply with C.O.R.G.I. gas regulations; replacing windows to FENSA standards as well as fitting kitchens and bathrooms and re-decorating throughout.
